Interreg Baltic Sea Region is the EU's transnational support programme focusing on the particular challenges in the Baltic Sea Region.

The Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) acts as managing authority and also provides the international programme secretariat in Rostock with a branch office in Riga. IB.SH is responsible for the proper implementation of the programme in accordance with EU regulations in Rostock.
